Customer Review: Defective out of box – lousy customer service
Bought the tv as a Circuit City close-out. Was defective when I brought it home. I assumed Sharp would replace it with new since it is 2 days old. They are insisting on a repair after a week wait. I had to call twice to get that info. Very disappointing customer service. Very disappointing experience with Aquos so far.
Customer Review: Sharp Aqous LC52D82U Excellent!
About one year ago I purchased the Sharp 52″ LCD TV. I am very happy with this purchase. The picture has excellent sharpness and color, with no color banding as experienced with some of the earlier versions.

Customer Review: Warranty Service
Buyer beware. My $2000 TV has an intermittent problem and the company refuses to replace it. They have called two repair shops to fix it, but since the problem is intermittent, the repair shops cannot diagnose the problem. It has been over two weeks I have not had a working TV that I paid $2000 for. Buy a different brand and perhaps they will stand behind their product a little better.
Customer Review: Bang for Buck Performance knock out!
this tv is great, first off- the remote. its simple, doesn’t have thousand buttons on it- its simple, and easy.
the picture is great if you are watching HD and blu-ray, but if you are watching standard definition, then its best to watch it on your old tv (but since everything is pretty much in HD anyways- be patient).
the color saturation is accurate- meaning- its not to ‘rainbow-ish’( there isn’t an exaggeration of colors, every color is natural )
ex. the tide commercials are bright white, and the road on nascar is black really black, but you can see a clear distinction of color and detail between the road and the tires- (remember they tar the road before its driven on- so the road looks like new) unlike some tv’s **coughs – sam – coughs – sung**

Customer Review: Great
This TV is sweet. Very thin, super clear and crisp picture, smart remote. Don’t see the use of putting the USB wireless in, it’s kind of dumb stuff that you can access if you do, but I guess it is OK for updates etc. The 240 hz engine interpolates motion, but it has a little cloud or haze bubble that is almost worse than just letting the native frequency do what it can. That’s only when you have, for example, a helicopter overhead zoom-in shot of a cheetah chasing an antelope. Other than that, just a sweet TV. Wall mount was a rip-off so I made my own, worked out fine. Actually, made it out of Unirac Solar Mount rail for mounting solar panels on a roof – was not easy, but worked beautifully for about $10!
Customer Review: great tv set
You can not get any better then this. This makes my old lcd look like junk. Well worth the money. Great buy. I do love blu-rays on this set also.

Customer Review: Awesome picture quality
My wife and I just moved into a new house and we a new television for my “Man Room”. I shopped around for months, checked out all brands and many different sizes. The Sony BRAVIA Z-Series 52inch 240hz LCD TV was the one that I chose. In the past I’ve had excellent luck with Sony products. They last forever!
